The work
Build and tune ICS threat detections and asset-identification analytics. Analyze packet captures, Windows logs and industrial-device artifacts. Triage detection requests, maintain testing documentation, investigate false positives and mentor engineers.
Required experience At least eight years in security operations, detection engineering, threat hunting or relevant offensive security work; two years applying threat intelligence; and one year working with industrial control systems. Strong packet analysis, Windows logging, networking, technical writing and mentoring skills are required.
Helpful background Detection tools such as Suricata, Snort, YARA or Zeek; programming; SOC platforms; ICS assessments; and systems administration.
Location and compensation Remote within the United States. Published salary is USD 152,000, with equity and benefits also listed. Occasional travel is under 10%. Employment schedule and hours were not specified.
