How referrals work

  1. Create your private link

    Choose a professional or hiring-manager introduction, verify your email and confirm that the person wants to be introduced. No password is needed.

  2. Share it with your contact

    Share the link privately with the professional or hiring manager. They verify their email, choose whether to accept and share their own professional details or hiring need. The link expires after 90 days.

  3. Follow the introduction

    Return using the same email to see your submissions and benefit status. Zylarity reviews eligibility. A placement must meet the program’s guarantee and paid-fee conditions before a credit can be approved.

  4. Request approval, then reimbursement

    Once your credit is approved, propose a course, certification, exam or conference in My referrals. Get Zylarity’s written expense approval before buying, then submit a paid receipt within 90 days for reimbursement review.
