Support cybersecurity incident response across operational technology and manufacturing environments. This full-time role follows a hybrid model with 70% in-office work in Massachusetts, collaborating across cybersecurity, OT and IT teams while preserving industrial operational continuity.
The work
- Investigate security alerts, logs, network traffic and system behavior. - Coordinate triage, containment, eradication, recovery and post-incident review. - Use incident-response and detection tools including Splunk, Nozomi, Microsoft Defender and CrowdStrike Falcon. - Communicate technical findings, business impact and response actions across teams.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related discipline. - Six or more years in cybersecurity, software engineering and/or IT with expertise in threat detection, detection engineering, response or threat hunting. - Strong hands-on expertise in Splunk Enterprise Security, Defender and CrowdStrike Falcon. - Knowledge of OT/ICS environments, manufacturing networks, equipment connectivity and industrial operational constraints. - Understanding of AWS, Azure and GCP cloud security architectures and modern detection telemetry. - Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST and CIS frameworks. - The source lists U.S.-person eligibility for access to export-controlled information.
