Terry McCoy

Founder and Head of Recruiting

I bring more than 20 years of experience across Cybersecurity and industrial operations. I’ve supported multiple Fortune Global 500 companies and worked across manufacturing, chemical, O&G, transportation, as well as other industrial environments.

As an Army combat veteran, my service in Iraq taught me to understand the situation, to be clear about what I know, and to follow through. I bring that same care to every recruiting conversation.

Why I built Zylarity

The story of our company’s origin

As an OT professional, I received recruiting messages for roles that had little connection to my experience. Those conversations showed me how much it matters to understand both the person and the work.

I built Zylarity to bring that understanding to recruiting: learning what an employer needs, what a professional brings, and why an opportunity makes sense for both.
