Role overview

The work

- Direct OT cybersecurity risk and maturity assessments, technical architecture reviews, and strategic transformation roadmaps. - Guide implementations across network segmentation, secure remote access, system hardening, monitoring, asset visibility, and incident response while safeguarding operational safety, availability, and reliability. - Apply recognized industrial cybersecurity frameworks, notably ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82, across ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, SIS, and IIoT environments. - Oversee the creation of formal client reports, roadmaps, security designs, governance policies, and deployment documentation. - Manage project economics, resource teams, and client delivery expectations.

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience. - Approximately 8+ years of cybersecurity, operational technology security, industrial automation, or related professional experience. - Demonstrated track record leading OT assessments, architecture evaluations, security improvement programs, or technical implementations. - Strong working knowledge of OT/ICS systems, industrial networking concepts, and frameworks including ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST SP 800-82. - Proven capability in leading consulting delivery teams, managing client relationships, and preparing executive-ready technical deliverables. - Ability and willingness to travel according to project and client demands. - Preferred background includes familiarity with OT asset visibility/threat detection platforms, sector-specific industrial processes, OT incident response/resilience, professional certifications (e.g., GICSP, GRID, CISSP, CISM, ISA/IEC 62443 credentials), and consulting pursuit development.
