Role overview
Direct OT security strategy and execution across an industrial organization. Establish clear priorities, develop the team and align security investment with the needs of operations, engineering and enterprise risk leadership.
The work
Own the OT security roadmap and budget; lead technical and program staff; establish governance and standards; and oversee delivery across sites. Coordinate major risk decisions, strengthen incident readiness and provide concise reporting on capability, coverage and unresolved exposure.
What you’ll bring
Bring senior leadership experience in industrial cybersecurity or a closely related engineering and security function. Demonstrate success building teams, managing investment and delivering multi-site improvements. Communicate effectively with plant leaders and executives, and make decisions grounded in operational realities.
