Role overview
Lead the industrial cybersecurity function across a complex organization. Work with executive, operations, engineering and technology leaders to establish a sustainable operating model for managing OT cyber risk at scale.
The work
Set strategy, investment priorities and risk governance; develop senior leaders; and establish clear responsibilities across central and site teams. Sponsor major capability improvements, oversee crisis preparedness and communicate industrial cyber exposure and progress to executive stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
Bring extensive leadership experience spanning industrial operations and cybersecurity, including responsibility for teams, budgets and enterprise transformation. Demonstrate sound judgment in major risk decisions and the ability to build durable relationships across technical and business functions. Experience leading through an industrial security incident or major resilience exercise is valuable.
