Role overview
Manage a portfolio of OT security initiatives across industrial facilities. Work with security leadership, local operations and project teams to sequence improvements around production schedules, available resources and the highest-priority risks.
The work
Maintain the program roadmap, delivery plan and risk register; coordinate dependencies; track budgets and milestones; and resolve delivery obstacles. Establish clear ownership and report outcomes covering visibility, segmentation, access, vulnerability management and response readiness.
What you’ll bring
Bring experience leading complex security or industrial technology programs across multiple stakeholders or sites. Understand OT security fundamentals well enough to challenge plans and clarify tradeoffs. Strong delivery discipline, budget management and executive communication are essential.
