Introduce a Cybersecurity professional to Zylarity. A qualifying placement can earn you up to $500 in reimbursement for professional development approved by Zylarity.

Both people must be 18 or older. Introduce a professional who is new to Zylarity and has agreed to the introduction. A benefit requires a qualifying placement and written expense approval.

How the $500 credit works

We reimburse approved expenses so you can arrange your own course, exam, certification or conference at a time that works for you. Obtain written approval from Zylarity before purchasing.

Who can participate

Age: both the referrer and the person being introduced must be 18 or older.
Permission: confirm that the person wants an introduction to Zylarity before sharing their contact details. They then choose whether to accept the private link. This is separate from confirming their age. Providing a name for Zylarity to cold-contact is not a qualifying introduction.
No self-referrals. Introductions prohibited by an employer’s policy or by law are ineligible, as are Zylarity staff and hiring decision-makers involved in the placement.

What makes an introduction eligible

Only the first valid introduction of a professional who is new to Zylarity’s candidate system is eligible. Existing candidates are ineligible. Zylarity reviews identity, source history and any competing referrals before confirming eligibility.
The referred professional must accept the referral, be placed by Zylarity within 12 months of acceptance, complete the employer’s agreed guarantee period (at least 90 days), and the employer must pay Zylarity’s placement fee in full.

What the credit covers

After recruiter approval, receive reimbursement of up to $500 USD for a Cybersecurity, technology or professional-development course, certification, exam or conference. Zylarity decides eligibility and the approved amount in writing before purchase. Devices, hardware and general purchases are not covered.
Obtain written expense approval from Zylarity before buying. Submit a paid receipt within 90 days of that approval. Any required tax information must be supplied before reimbursement. Earlier referrals retain the receipt deadline in their recorded terms.
The credit is not an unrestricted cash award and cannot be transferred. It does not guarantee a job or payment.

Privacy and invitation links

An invitation link expires after 90 days. A referral does not authorize marketing emails or sharing a resume with an employer. Unaccepted referral contact details are removed after expiry; accepted referral and reward records are retained for up to seven years after the last decision, or longer when subject to a legal hold.
By accepting, the referred professional allows the referrer to see their name, whether their profile has been received, whether Zylarity has placed them, and the referral credit status. Employer details, compensation, recruiter notes and the full candidate profile are not shared with the referrer.
